So lets not appoint anyone this year. Just shuffle a few chairs around ie campbell and wait till the end of the season so we can cherry pick who we actually want. I also hope we are exploring some development managers from other codes, here and overseas. We will only feel rushed to make a appointment if we allow ourselves to feel so.

i would have thought the Development Manager should have AFL experience as a prerequisite.
Not so with Fitness staff, Contracts admin, Psychs etc, because it doesn't require an very fine understanding of the game nuances.
