This is what Eade had to say about Chris Bond

"He's obviously done a pretty good apprenticeship as far as coaching his own team, as well as being in the system as an assistant coach for five or six years," Eade said of his midfield coach.

"He is very well organised and has a good handle on all aspects of coaching from sports science to add-ons like computers and that sort of stuff. He is a very good man-manager and has got good ideas on footy."

He appears to have covered all of the necessary areas to be a coach in today's game, especially man management and sports science.

The board need to tell him the job is his either next year or the year after

Here is our chance to get someone with the necessary qualities to coach in the modern game. Let's hope we get him before any other club.

Rate him pretty highly mate, probably second behind Longmire as assistant coaches go.
IMO, the Saints have made a mistake (surprise, surprise) by not taking Longmire.
