Big congratulations should go towards Chris Scott.

Was out for over 10 months and played like he wasn't out at all. Fits in well up the forward line and most likely will play there the rest of the year. This guy is full of class. Whoever said he wasn't ready, was wrong.

This was a masterstroke by Leigh Matthews I must say. Scott with only limited times in the reserves over the last 2 weeks, didn't bother Leigh. He started Scott on the ground and Scott did not let him down. Started Scott on the ground after 10 months out of senior football. And Scott responded in magnificent style. Magnificent style. Speeeeeeeeeeeecccciiiaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllll Performance. Special! Absolutely BRILLIANT!

Scott put his body on line, he kicked goals, he enjoyed his time out there. We have forgotten over the last 10 months what a good player Chris Scott his and we have dearly missed him. Last night he played like he wasn't missed at all.

All class by Chris Scott.

HAIL CHRIS SCOTT! CHRIS SCOTT IS A BLOODY LEGEND!

(Here you go, SB!)

Great comeback game from Scott, of the 'Chris' variety. Good signs for the remainder of the year for him.

Once he gets a few more games under his belt we may see him return to the backline. Until then, I am more than happy for him to pinch-hit in the forward line.

Great Scott! ;)

Nah, just thought I'd rev you up.

Chris Scott is hugely important to us.

Very solid return in a clutch game and yeah, he's more than useful up forward.

You did a good job. I was going to post the mother of all OLS's to you, but then I scrolled down and read the rest.

Nice one.

Which of the Scott brothers had the big day out at Geelong last year? I remember sitting near the boundary line where he kicked that magnificent goal but I can't remember which one it was?

I hope we've got both in this week as they haven't played together for a long time and Brad hasn't been able to find anyone to kick it to!

Well done Chris. Saw him at training on Friday night and everyone was asking for his autograph and he kept on saying "I've already signed that" as they thought he was Brad!

TTT it was Chris that kicked the goal your referring too.

Outstanding effort by Chris on Saturday Night. I was one that thought he may have needed another week, & Im rapt that I was shown to be wrong.

To have both Scotts up & running again is extremely important. Even more so because they both missed out last year & would be desperate to make up for lost time.

Yeah, I had almost forgotten what clean hands he has. Very clever mark in the third quarter. How handy is it to be able to slot a fresh bloke like that in at round 11?

The boys might finally both get on the park at Geelong. I was beginning to wonder if there really was two of them, or just two jumpers. ;)

Leigh: "Look, we need another onballer this week, mate. Grab the 5 jumper and brush the hair to the left."
Scotty: "Done!"
