Guess we will find out wont we, but were a week out from trade period and yarran has chosen us, and has been linked to no one else, so lock it in
Where in the media has it been stated Yarran has "chosen" Richmond? If he had indeed chosen you guys, your second point of "has been linked to no-one else" is completely irrelevant isn't it?

Unfortunately, it's not the case, we've had discussions with him already and are still considering a move, pending the Danger trade outcome.

Think it's going to be a case of Richmond just accepting whatever/whoever they can get this year unfortunately - who knows maybe you'll end up with Mark Jamar to give big Ivan a chop out. God knows the big fella has more ticker in his left pinky than that flog Vickery has, and Hampson combined. I do like Griffiths though - best to invest time into him methinks, Vickery's only going to let you down when it matters the most, but he's not alone there is he.

Have had to listen to all the dribble about Treloar, then Yarran, then Bennell.. Getting super boring. Your club needs a new list manager - Petterd, Knights, Gordon, Hampson, Chaplin, Thomas decisions set you back about 5 years. The future isn't looking pretty.

You know al those players you listed were pretty much picked up for nothing?

Great news. Here I was thinking that we we defintely getting that front runner. Would be a great fit for you guys. But I could just as easily see him playing out his contract at the blues. Reckon your first rounder might just get it done though.

Not really there is no point bringing in all young kids just to feel a list the players you metioned are depth players every club has them
There's at least 6 of them on your list you've brought in over recent years.. You need 6 depth players? Would've thought it a better exercise to bring in talented youth you can mould and develop, who in turn become your "depth" and more than likely, your future. Bring in depth where key positional deficiencies arise.

P.S. Unfortunately Chaplin isn't depth, Thomas played over half the season last year, as did Gordon, and 9 games this year.. Hampson half the season last year.. You're clutching at straws

You seem very, very angry at the Tigers.

Not angry at them at all, why would I be? Just think you need to all temper your expectations, you've spent several years "attracting" other club's shite, and suddenly expect to land Hartlett, Yarran, Bennell and Treloar in the one trade period - to a club that hasn't won a final in what, 14 years now?

More amused and growing somewhat tired of hearing the BS

Apart from most of that being utter rubbish, why post all the anger and hate if anger and hate is not what you feel?

Tigers do a lot of talking before the trade period, never actually back it up.

Hampson for a 2nd rounder. LOL. We'll get what we want for Yarran.
I didn't realize the aim of the trade period was to pick up duds like Liam Jones. Every club should be following Carlton's recruiting strategy. You can clearly see how successful it has been for them.
