Yes buckets of cash... what drivel!!!

No, there are always players RFC can trade and get a lower pick next year, there may be a fringe player that wants outetc

That is the issue with you and CFC, you can not work out what can be, only what is...
The entire post of mine that you quoted is me talking about what can be, in regards to next years draft & restricted free agent options for Yarran. Don't quote my posts unless you read them first please

Do you realize what you are doing is wrong by the club by not accepting 19 now, instead you will lose him for nothing. I know you think your setting a precedent, but what you should be doing is building a stronger relationship with your current players, especially your A graders, instead of having contracted players wanting out. Signs off field and on field don't look good for you guys to be honest.

But I feel like I am talking to a brick wall. There's always going to be anger and your probably wondering how things got to this stage but if I was a member of your club, the only thing I would want right now is to get him off our list and get something for him. Making him stand out for a year.... there is no winners there.

Can't answer the question about why picks in the 30's are now better than a pick under 20, so attacks the man.
Why do you thing the news was in " "??
Phrase whatever question you have in form of a question & I might answer it.

I'll show some pity and attempt to teach you something:
Haha, pick 19 is no good yet picks in the 30's are gold.
The "news" is saying that Carlton should stop being dicks and take 19.
That is not a question.

No need to thank me.

Fine then.

I think you underestimate the extent to which Carlton fans have had a guts full of seeing their exers star for other clubs.

A club simply cannot allow this to keep happening.... therefore a line must be drawn. I hope we do it with Yarran same as I hope Brissy do it with Aish.

If you don't get it you don't get it.
yet you want to trade Menzel. :drunk:

mark my words, SOS will be rated in 5 years as the worst appointment the blues have ever made.....He will make malthouse look as good as Parkin.

If 31 and our 2nd next year are so great, why didn't Carlton take them instead?

You'll get compo similar to Leuy..end of 2nd round...if you're lucky (the AFL being pissed at you for messing with the house of cards that is their trade system).
Who knows, maybe SOS will send Richmond off on an errand to get those picks back. Then not trade them for Yarran anyway. He seems to be having fun

That's why Bolton and SOS were brought in.

Repeating over and over that pick 19 is fair and reasonable isn't going to help you. We disagree and have made that clear.

Just because you uped your ridiculous low ball offer isn't very helpful either.

Pay what we ask or move on. You're just gumming up the works at this point.
Dont worry we will move on. Then Yarran will sit out next year then we will get him in FA and you wont get anything.
Good start to the rebuild lmao.

You say as you trade Menzel to Adelaide, Bell to Brisbane, Henderson to Geelong. Nice drawn line. Lmao.

So the fact he is contracted isn't leverage? Please stop posting.
No, it isn't. He will not be playing for you under any circumstances next year. If the trade doesn't go through, best case scenario for Carlton is they have a player on their list who hates them and refuses to play, while draining $450k of their salary cap. You reckon that's leverage? lol

your "exers" as you put it star for other clubs because your club is a basketcase and once they get to another club even if its a club like melbourne they relish the new environment and thrive. what you are doing now is not going to stop players leaving you but just hinder you in the immediate to mid term future.

Good luck on your rebuild with 1 first round pick...

I keep reading you and other RFC supporters going on about getting him for nothing in FA.

The problem with that is that he will be a restricted Free Agent. Hence if you offer him a low contract which will net CFC nothing in compensation, CFC should match the offer. Thus you will be required to trade or he goes PSD. Likelihood if he goes PSD is CFC will have an earlier pick than RFC. So even that scenario is not certain.

There really is no scenario where RFC get Yarran for nothing.

lol. Deflect all you like, the implied question was there even if the ? was missing.
You have no answers, just smartarse deflections.
There would be nothing of value that you could teach me.

If Yarran sits out the year then you won't be matching his contract and you wont be picking him up in the PSD.
