lol. Deflect all you like, the implied question was there even if the ? was missing.
You have no answers, just smartarse deflections.
There would be nothing of value that you could teach me.
I saw no implied question, only a petty complaint. Here followed up by more petty complaints.

I have answered your supposed implied question in this thread already, when I was asked directly for my opinion by a more literate Tiger fan. I believe it's on the previous page if you want to go look

WOW, that's a great dream you have there especially in this weakish draft.
What should CFC hope for with pick 20 & 21 then a Dangerfield and Boyd maybe?
If your recruiting record was any good then maybe.

Unfortunately though Carlton's last few picks around those numbers have been Boekhorst (19), Bootsma (22) and Watson (18).

Need to go back to 2006 to find a Blues' pick around 20 who is any good .... Shaun Grigg

Trades are not a one way deal bud. Its not a set price that everyone else has to reach.
Its a negotiation to reach common ground between both clubs.
You dont have a clue, stop thinking you do.
So what are you gonna do, beg us? :D No, seriously, if you get down and bark like a dog for us, SOS might be disgusted enough to take 19 lol.

I have been reading your posts, god help me /sighs. You are strong, so strong with the simple minded message that the Blues can dictate the price due to Yarran being contracted, the only simple point, yet you miss it, is that the RFC is your ONLY customer.

The problem is that since day 1 of the trade period Carlton believe he's worth a medium first round pick in a weak draft, whereas Richmond think he's worth a late first rounder. The issue is that neither team has budged.

Carlton will continue to refuse if the offer isn't what they want, because Yarran is contracted and can't go anywhere. I don't think many Carlton fans have an issue with Carlton taking a stance re yarran. His petulant behaviour and poor attitude/performances this year won him no fans. His insistence that he goes only to Richmond is his doing. If Richmond can't come up with a suitable deal then so be it. If he sits out, he sits out. The club will become stronger for it.

The thought of him spooking it up and sitting out for a year goes further to his 'reputation'.

the invective coming from either supporter base is kind of alarming. not a lot of thinking with clear heads, am a bit disturbed by carlton posters happy to see the club get screwed just so richmond don't get what they want.

there's no rush.

His rep wont be harmed IMO as he will be 100% locked in to coming to the tigers next year, we would understand the situation he is in. The blue supporters seem not to understand how the blues can be exploited in this. Yarran can claim medical issues, mental health, etc and you still pay him and he plays no games, that is more likely then he pulling on the jumper.

He can see if he has a case of restraint of trade and take the blues/AFL to court. Being contracted wont help the blues as he can just show examples aka Menzel where the blues are happy to break contracts if it suits.

IMO the AFL wont want this, and being corrupt will make sure Yarran is a tiger.

As a paid up member of Carlton I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read today that Troy Menzel is going to be off-loaded to Adelaide.

Another goal kicker out the door, young man back in 2014 booted 26 goals, such an exciting talent.

Already we, the Blues are the butt of jokes that former players in Betts, Waite, Kennedy and Garlett kicked more goals between them than the entire Carlton side did this season.

And with my Blues hat on, now we want Yarran out the door after he booted 21 goals in 2014.

And Henderson is gone as well after kicking 28 goals in 2014.

How are we going to kick goals in 2016?

Unless we are the best defensive team in the competition, we may not win a game.

This whole Carlton thing is doing my head in and has turned into a nightmare for me.

I’m KB, that’s my take.

And the contract means jack shit if Yarran refuses to play for them again.

I get that. I'm willing to take what we get in FA and set a standard. Understand NOW?
