No its a pick before round 2, you get that right ? So its still a first round pick, just a lower end, what we have said since day 1.
Day 1? You only just got it.

He's a contracted player. Despite whatever shennanigans Richmond, Yarran or his manager are trying to pull we don't have to trade him, he's a contracted player. To pry him away you have to pay a little more. I think yarran is worth around pick #15. I think Yarran and a later pick (or Warnock lol) for #12 is fair considering he is contracted.

Okay so this is my understanding right.

Richmond convince Yarran at the start of the year they love him and want him at Richmond.
Yarran proceeds to not give a ****, not try, put in a shit effort all year, because hey, i'm going to Richmond.
Richmond confirm - "yep Yarran we love you, we think you're worth a late first round pick" (This is quoted by Richmond personnel)
Suddenly Richmond can't get a deal done, try to offer pick 19 (not a first round).
Richmond - still love ya yaz, you're amazing.
Richmond - you should leak to the media that you wont play in 2016 if you don't get traded.
Yarran - won't play in 2016 because i'm a sook.
Richmond - Lobbe is worth pick 12, hold on here, is Yarran really as good as you've told him all year?

You're obviously fine with parting with #12. You've said he's worth a pick in the late first round. You've told Yarran you want him. Why is Carlton the bad guy for not trading a contracted player for below his worth.

If Yarran sits out next year, hello suing Yarran for his contract, hello investigating Richmond for draft/trade tampering, approaching players before Trade Period, hello Yarran becoming incredibly unfit on his year off. And if he tries to train with Richmond - hello suing Richmond for breaching his contract.
No.

Pick 19 is a first rounder since its the end of first round compensation pick.
No.
No.
No, he wont play because he is sane and doesnt want ti play at Carlton anymore.
No.

How is it draft tampering?
Literally every club approaches players before trade periods, so I dont know why thats a point.
Not playing = not traning? Lmao. Are you stupid?

Wanting Lobbe for 12 has shown us what this is really about. They want both, and were hoping we would be dumb asses believing their 'we wont trade pick 12 for anyone' crap, then they come out and get Lobbe for 12, exposing us as morons.
Please, provide a link to where this was said. We're all ears.

You think Yarran is goign to train on his own? Lol. And if you try and get him a PT that's dealing with a player that is contracted to another club and is not allowed in the AFL.

And the rest of your post is wrong.

Jack Redden was contracted. He moved across the country (NOT to his home state) for pick 17. You think Chris Yarran is worth more than Jack Redden?

Yaz is the kind of guy that without footy, he would just become a layabout eating KFC playing xbox. He needs to be in an AFL environment to keep fit.

Richmond just tried to offload pick 12 for Lobbe and got rejected suggesting they are open to trading pick 12. Richmond really hurt themselves in this scenario.
It's looking more & more likely they will fold and trade pick 12 for Yarran, given they were going to trade that pick anyway.

Also, trade value =/= player value, you dipshits.
We never said we wernt open to trading it?
We said we wern't trading it for Yarran since he isn't worth that.

And player potential =/= trade value.
Who gives a shit if hes worth #12 based on talent, his attitude and the fact that he goes missing hurts his value severely.

lol now you switch to your real intent.

We stated from the get go, we thought his value was a lower first round selection, we have achieved that goal. You so far have rejected it. That is fine, you keep Yarran for a year and see how that works out for you. We I hope have moved on. Bottom line, if 12 was what you were interested from the start and only 12, it should have been stated by the blues but unfortunatly, it was not. Only the opened ended first round is what we want. \

For heavens sake you blues were happy to accept pick 18 or 15 from the hawks ffs.

Nice try, but no. Glad we are holding our own here. I was thinking pick 19 was ok for Yaz but with other guys values this trade period, that would be unders for a guy of his ability in a shallow draft.
Please indulge us on where Richmond said this?
I'd love to know.

Pick 19 or thereabouts, whichever round it falls in is about right for Yarran imo
Hopefully something happens soon

The picks not called pre-round 2. It's called end round one - meaning last pick in round 1....
Whatever semantic you want to argue over is pointless, i dont consider it a first unless its before 18. End of the day you said he is worth somewhere in the late first round. We dont think 19 is his worth. You need to give up more. He is contracted. The ball is in your court. You have no right to him no matter how much of a sook he is.
