Things I know/am confident in:

Confident: Yarran hasn't been linked anywhere but Richmond at a time where any old sniff of any ******* trade rumour gets reported on, so I think it is fairly safe to assume tigers are the only party interested and/or Yarran has nominated RFC as his club of choice
Know: Yarran won't be playing at the blues next year.
Know: Contracted players must agree to trades

So, Yarran will most likely come to Richmond next year because Carlton absolutely HAVE to trade him, and Richmond has no need to offer more than a second round pick because Yarran won't agree to go elsewhere/no one else is interested

Will be delisted before being traded to richmond for a pick beyond 30

Let him sit out the last year of his contract if a suitable deal is not reached.
And kill the prospect of ever having players want to come to your club/piss off players that could be getting a share of 450k that is being wasted/lose a second round pick(or whatever the trade was that was knocked back) and the potential player or trade that could help you with?

He'll be going, it is definite

No thanks, would sooner delist him then gift him to richmond for peanuts
Do u even know what ur saying??????

You're basing this whole line of thinking around getting brisbanes 2nd rounder which will most likely be already in carlton's possession when bell heads north.
I guess not.... lol

That's all dependant on Richmond isn't it.

If they offer a fair deal then the trade will get done on the morning of day 1 but if they play silly buggers and offer a bad deal for Carlton on a contracted player that Richmond tapped up mid year then I am sure there are a couple of clubs in WA and SA that will be happy to join the conversation.

It is dependant on Yarran nominating the tigers, really.

Nope both sydney clubs wont give you good pick they need them for there academy while no wa team will give you a good pick freo are going after the gws foward, while westcoast want redden and jetta try again, port Adelaide also will not as there getting dixon, guess that leaves Richmond

Crows will have a few early picks with danger leaving. Yazz's best mate also plays for Crows

In a way yes. Mitch Clark nominated Freo and how did that end up.

Mitch Brown from WCE wanted to be traded to St Kilda, how did that end up?
Good points, I think Yarran might be a little harder to persuade and his circumstances are unique.

Pay him out, delist at the start of the year.

We don't need the cap space
Your club would not just give up an essentially free draft pick, that is ridiculous

His name pops up a lot because he is a well rated player that was dropped for a finals game. So there is speculation about whether or not he is happy. That is pretty much it.

But when you consider that he is only a second year player that is practically guaranteed a starting spot in a team trying to push for a grand final next year, and has a huge tattoo of a tiger on his chest, I think the speculation is unwarranted.
So your speculating. You don't actually know. A guess basically.
Its just that you seemed to know that Richmond won't trade him and that he will sign soon. I was hoping you would have something a bit more concrete.
