Yeah he sat on a bug 12 months ago and it crawled up his behind .... he has been trying to get the bug removed from his ass ever since.

So glad the club has decided on a clear out and has started this rebuild from the ground up.

Time to turn this culture around to where it deserves to be.

Never thought in my wildest dreams that MM would hVe been such a really bad choice.

Was bloody toxic!

Wonder how this effects the Priority Pick discussion. AFL can hardly now use the argument that we will give Brisbane a pick because of the number of players walking out of the club as we can now pretty much mount the same argument.

What?

I just know his dad's in prison that's all.
Been known for a long while now that he is having "off field" issues.

Dad would be one, split with his partner would be another, split with the amigo's another, had discipline and work ethic issues before these events which no doubt would of had the coaching staff challenging him and responded to it poorly.

All in all he is an overpaid talented lazy sook who has taken the AFL system for granted.

No doubt he will smarten up for a while in a new environment like most do but once the honeymoon period is over he will more than likely revert back to his bad habits and tease the football world again.

No wonder Eddie was glad to see the back of that sell serving arsehole. Signs were there bb in his last year at Collingwood when MM went on the Footy show, feeding the media, and undermining the club but we ignored it and thought we were getting something special.

I know I put 'wheeling' in the title but I'm a little bemused. This is like a reluctant estate sale. People see the coroner at the front, walk in here kicking the tyres, asking 'how much mileage it has on it" .... "does it have a roadworthy" .... "will you take tree fiddy and an old cornpipe?" ... and wonder why we're not friendlier.

Yarran hey.... All the talent in the world but a big attitude problem. What a disappointment!

Come on down first round pick :)
Don't get too excited for first round picks........which a #15, #16 all the way to #22 could be.

As goreds put here yesterday; The talent doesn't seem to be particularly great and no doubt that won't have slipped by the recruiting team.

That may not be fact but don't be surprised for us taking the punt with future picks, if indeed things do come down to picks.

There's absolutely no benefit to us in trading him for a pick in the 30's. We're only going to use picks that late on F/S players....so we'd essentially just be giving Richmond a leg up if we bowed to their ridiculous offer. Let Yarran rot in the 2nd's, or just release him to play in the WAFL and hope he dominates enough to get big money offers next year.
Has a club ever done this? Simply won't happen. You don't keep a player at your club who does not want to be there and by all reports isn't realky wanted either

Lennon + 12 for Yarran more like it. Sorry but Lennon has shown nothing to date and is out of contract. Yarran on th either hand.......
You think Yarran is worth 2 first rounders?

Jesus Treloar or Bennel must be worth 4 first rounders then.

Even your coach only said one 1st rounder.

Liked purely for the corn pipe reference!

If Yarran played for Tigers and they wanted a first round pick for him I'd be like "awww hellll naw" so I can't do hypotheticals where we get one.
I believe his value is somewhere between our first and second pick. We either trade for a pick somewhere or trade a player to
You.

The only way it's lennon is if he wants out. I'm not hearing he does.

Bean or Griff I reckon or our 2nd and a Lloyd type

Article sums up what I have been telling you guys for the last month.

I told you 100% he will be a tiger and it won't be for our first rounder.

I'm less confident it won't be for Lennon but still unlikely imo.
Considering the media broke the Tigers meeting with Yarran more than a month ago, I'm not sure you deserve any credit for breaking any news.

Your contention is it won't be a first rounder. That article says Carlton want one and Richmond don't want to offer one. Now we negotiate.

Not sure why you think Richmond are the only ones in position to get their way with the price.

You're just another tiresome tyre kicker Morro. Use the Yarran thread on the Drafts board instead of repetitively telling us on our own board we are going to get screwed over. Not interested.

Go and have a look at some of his many highlight reels. That's what you are getting as more than likely he will sort out his issues and get back to the player he was. You'll soon forget what you gave to get him when he is carving through the centre of the G taking 5 bounces, dodging half the opposition team and ramming it down Jack's throat.

I don't see it that way. He wants out and has nominated one club.
Yes and you guys approached him in numbers, a long time ago ... not because he was a struggling VFL player worth #31 in the draft but $450k in salary.

Hopefully the club can convince Lennon to come to us. Him being out of contract with first pick in PSD, we can manage to engineer a trade using Yarran.

Why the selective responses guys

I didn't say he was only worth pick 31. Look above.

We approached Matt Thomas aswell a few years back. Not all players approached are guns.

Players arent kept on a list when they demand to leave. That's naive.

Old dark I suggest you read my posts again. I have never said we are the only ones who will get our way. No need to get personal because u don't like my opinion. We are all adults.

This is my cue to leave as being a Tigs supporter I know better than most how sensitive things like this can be but I don't see the point in just sitting around with fellow supporters telling ourselves how we good we will come out of a situation.

Ps. thy I like the sound of that.

All the best guys. I guess we will see how this plays out in time.
