How would anyone on here know this.

I highly doubt anyone is privy to player contracts.

Have never really seen any whispers on this. I guess he signed it in better form so could be $400k or so. Your officials are already aware so it won't hamstring anything with the people that matter.

The reason why i had asked this question is that with Motlop & Bennel also in play and Rumours about Hall from GC coming up the last few days
I think that would also influence the decision on which player to go after with which pick

Perhaps. Not sure how advanced Richmond are with those players or if any subtle agreements have been made. There are at least 4 teams in the market for Yarran so the others can look at what is left.

You'd have to think Bennel is going to be worth more.

Can't see Hall leaving GC after such a strong end to the year. He's proved his worth to them and should be rewarded with a new contract.

Bennell probably not a great fit for you guys, similar role to Dusty but with an even worse track record o_O

Motlop...I dunno, I just can't picture him in a Richmond guernsey. No particular reason, just doesn't feel right.

Motlop actually plays the Role we would have Yarran play at Richmond i believe
Bennell , You have to take him above all others and is pure class. Easily the best of all and with probably even higher Potential
Hall has been mentioned a few times and could be the player that gets squeezed out with all their mids returning next year, They cant keep them all and will lose a couple

Not sure if we'd give our first rounder in a straight swap, but we'll have to wait and see what that pick actually is.

Just on Yarran, we won't be recruiting him to play HBF, he'd be a mid/small forward. What's he like in that role? Could he flourish there? Would he lay tackles inside forward 50?
He would be only hold half of them, and then pretend to have some cramping to be the reason. He's got a heart the size of Hampsons if that helps along the pea variety.

I couldn't see us parting with a r1 pick, more like astbury or Mcbean(vfl leading goal kicker ) can't crack it for a senior game. Would get a chance at a lot of other clubs . What do you think of that ?

I believe the cfc would be gunning for more than that. But that doesn't mean that either of those players might not be part of some deal.
I believe we will want your first round pick.
We may settle for less but not a lot less, from our point of view he is contacted and if he stays on he will be in our rd 1 team next year.

Ok, he's hard to move off the ball, really keeps his head over the pill, his repeat efforts are lifting to his teammates and when he gets dropped back to the seconds he just really grits his teeth and works on his deficiencies and is seen doing extra run throughs after the games to ensure he's getting the best out of himself not just for himself but for the betterment of his club such is his team first attitude.

That will make you feel better I'm sure.............

Having fun? Try pulling the wings off a fly. I'm sure you will enjoy that if you ever get sick of kicking a Carltonn player with troubles when he is down. A pastime for the pea hearted if ever there was.

As in straight swap?
Hang on, just let me pick myself back up off the floor & apologise to the family for laughing so loudly at this time of the night.

Damn, I'm going to have to go outside, I can't stop laughing.
