Was the greatest positive to come out of Saturday...continues to make small progress.

Wonder how many of the nervous nellies think he is just a flashy small forward now??

After his display on the HBF in the second half, Yarran is a better fit for our list than any player with his talent, run and versatility.

Play Yarran off the HBF at the Docklands and watch him launch attacks like a young Akermanis or a Lindsay Gilbee on a fast track.

Yarran, Gibbs, Judd, Murphy, Grigg, Simpson, Robinson, Kreuzer and Walker will form a terrific and classy midfield in 2011/2012.

The aggression and run of Grigg and Walker is irreplaceable on top of Waite's knee.

I was really pleased to hear that he seemed much improved against the crows....his disposal sounds first rate.......with the way he as being talked up before the draft(his skills) he was never only going to be used as a FP. Can't wait for his confidence and fitness to come on a bit more, imagine if he had, had a full preseason...........

I'm getting fairly impatiant with his situation.
i know it's stupid but i want him to shut up everyone that is bagging and doubting him and our selection of him.

amazingly, i found myself half frustrated with not selecting Rich. i guess the trolls were getting to me.

i was really tipping that he'd make an immediate impact and that was a major reason why we chose him.

Ah well, he's still my desktop background. i hope he is included in the next three weeks. preferably against essendon or richmond.

Haha, you're pathetic mate. If Yarran plays to his potential, he will be a dead set gun and EASILY one of the best from the draft. Obviously you hadn't seen him play before this year.. Do you expect people to just come straight out of the draft and gun it?

If people think your club is a joke, it's probably because of piss weak supporters such as yourself. What happened to the fans who followed their club through thick & thin? We've drafted spuds like Sampi & McDougall, had Benny C put the club through turmoil numerous times & eventually be sacked, watched a former captain/current great of the game leave the team & we're currently on a massive fall from grace.. But I'm still here lovin' it.
