Well there seems to be agreement - that he has been playing less than 100% fit. On last year's form and earlier part of this year - he is a weapon for CFC in attack - both in terms of his running ability AND ( I think) his elite kicking to advantage ability. Yarran in the past has also proved himself as a handy goal kick on the run - importantly from > 45 meters out last year - I noted he missed an important and very get-able set shot, against Geelong - but so did a few others.
This contribution have been missed since he injured his toe/foot - a significant out for CFC. Hopefully he regains 100% fitness. Still I am sure that everyone would like to see him improve his defensive capability. No player has excited me as much as Yarran - a talent which can develop into AA standard for years to come.
Yazza is young but using a Gibbsy comparison - he has only 2 years to add a hard edge to his game or expect bagging
