Probably Nathan Buckley. How about you Drakey. It's your topic. Who would you want?

BSA,
I was actually starting to respect you. But that cheap shot about Kouta and Ange was uncalled for. Anyhow you can't have him.

BSA,
You are not suggesting that they are anymore than friends are you?

If he can play football like that. I don't care what the rumours are. Mind you though, it would be an awful waste if it was true. Which it isn't.

I'm like a kid in a candy store. I can't make up my mind.

I want a CHF cos we NEED one BAD.

I ruled out Wayne The King (like that Rooboy) Carey cos he's turning 30 this year & is starting to look a bit 2nd hand. I want this chrissy present to last. The King comes with too much gaffa tape on the sholders these days.

Next I thought of Chris Grant whose younger & looks almost new but he's turning 28 & seeing as I will have to save up to buy a new one I REALLY want a CHF that will last.

So then I thought "go for Ben Holland" he's young & got plenty of skill. But if I go for him then why not take a chance & go for Mathew Pavlich who is REAL young & will be a gun.

Then I went away & did some work (errr) & when I came back & had a look I saw someone had said Kouta & I thought "oh yeh forgot about him".

Then it hit me!!!!

I'll have Lance Whitnall please.

21 years old, already played lots of games, great mark, plenty of footy smarts & fat to boot. What more could I want.

After our new coaching recruit and players like Aaron Hamill and Fraser Gehrig, I wouldn't feel right about asking for more players.

But if I had to choose a current champ, I would go for a Chris Grant or James Hird and for a youngster, perhaps players like a Trent Croad or Adam Ramaunaskas would be my first choice.

And Bitch, you said in the Essendon again thread that Aaron Hamill left purely and simply for the money.

I'm sure you were aware that Aaron and his manager approached Carlton many times during the season trying to get a contract extention but was told to wait until the end of the season every time. His asking price was reportedly over $200,000 - 250,000 less than what he is getting now.

If he was that far down the pecking order at Carlton and combined with the embarrassment that he was forced to endure at the Best and Fairest, money was a contributing factor but definitely not the only factor.

I hear you Pess, a return to form of 99 for Crawf will do nicely. Also Rehn to be the ruckman he was would just top things of well.

I guess if it was carte blanche then Hird,Carey,Kouta etc. Only trouble is all of them are in their late twenties. So my go would be Voss. Thats M.Voss not his saint bound brother.

Bitch I don't mean any harm to Kouta because I'm sure he's a lovely guy and all...but I think you will find he is *** . He used to have a girlfriend but he dumped her recently and it was all just for show anyway. That's what I heard at least...

P.S. No offence to Kouta or anyone because he's a great player and as a Blues gal myself he's my fave.
