It was a pretty great finale. Different to the potential series end halfway through last season at the hospital, this one was a bit sadder what with everyone going their own way. But it was cool how they relived past missions - the Wienerlicious was amazing, same for the pr0n virus.

And Jeffster backed by an orchestra? Does it get much better?

Web Movie was a idea floated. Could see that working. Show has a very loyal fanbase which saved it getting canned along time ago.
 
They left it open to a movie imo

Chuck and Sarah both have the intercect
The Awesomes get job offers at the same time from chicago(CIA Maybe)
 
Before Quinn showed Sarah those flashcards, he said he was going to suppress the Intersect. Basically, he wiped her memory by making her flash and then suppressed it.

So, her and Morgan are essentially the same in regards to having/not having the Intersect.
 
Loved the fact the finale got back to what made me fall in love with the show originally.....a love story with a little twist .
The show really had something those 1st 2 years that made it stand out from the crowd...kinda lost a little of it's edge through 4-5 but all is forgiven thanks to the finale.

When Sarah watched the video-logs ( which needed another 30-60 seconds IMO ) and you could see she was hurt when Chuck " fake " broke up with her - really felt for her because i remember when it happened and you could see the same look.
Great scene at the dreamhouse.
That last montage on the beach needed to be longer too.

But i hope they dont do a movie...they lived happily ever after :thumbsu:

I think you'll find a lot of people you said " Ohh you gotta watch CHUCK dude , it's heaps good !!!! " will one day come up to you and say - " You were right "






one last gripe - No MINI ANDEN cameo in the finale.......:(:thumbsdown::thumbsdown:

My sons nagged me into buying the series, so I got series 1 and 4 for $20 each in Kmart. Weeks later I got series 2 for the same price and currently looking/waiting for series 3 at same price.

I had no intention of watching the series until....

I found out Yvonne Strahovski is an Aussie !

I've enjoyment watching series One and Two, I'll get series 3 now , stuff waiting for a discount.
 
I watched all but a couple of episodes because I was over in the US and had my Foxtel cut off while I was over there. Totally didn't register to me that I would miss all my programmed shows. Love the characters and would have stuck with the show if they had have held on and changed direction. 5 seasons is a tad too short but once Chuck and Sarah got together, the majority of interest was probably gone for a lot of people. Decent action, decent laughs, likeable characters. Apart from the hotness of Yvonne Strahovski, Casey was one of my favourite characters. Letting down his guard to like Chuck was cool. Thought he could have given Morgan even more of a hard time and introducing his daughter was unnecessary. In fact the rest of the characters were so good, they just didn't get enough screen time.

Would probably fail but Jeff and Lester are definitely the type of characters to lead a spin off.
 
Finished watching the whole five series. Must say I enjoyed it so much I'm rewatching it over again. It's amazing what you miss first time round.

Finally got round to finishing season 5 a couple of weeks ago. Turned out being a pretty decent season. The finale was great, although it was kinda depressing.

Now re-watching season 1 and 2. I'd forgotten how awesome those seasons were.

Day 21. Chuck came over to my hotel room today and brought me a pizza. Vegetarian, no olives. I think he's making it his mission to get to know me. It's sweet....
Day 49. Chuck broke up with me today. Well fake. Fake broke up with me, technically....
Day 56. Chuck and I were defusing a bomb today and there was a moment where we were sure we were going to die. He closed his eyes and I kissed him. I kissed him...
Day 564. Things are calm for once. No missions, nothing. Nothing really to report... except I still find myself sitting here...talking to myself...because... because I love him... I love Chuck Bartowski, and I don't know what to do about it.


It would have been nice to see a few more log entries between 56 and 564.


I would have liked Morgan to say to Sarah. "You can run from us but you can't run from loneliness".

Think it was a fair effort for the show to continue 3 more seasons after the original premise ( Chuck and Sarah ) was completed.
