I think it's quite harsh at this stage to be commenting on the size of a guys wang. Give the dude at least a few years to see if he lengthens out a bit.

I don't think you are taking the colloquialism "Gus, You're a bit of a dick", correctly.I have a very attractive ****.

Of course it is child abuse without question. How is this not child abuse?
*snip*
Is female genital mutilation in indigenous societies still 'a parental decision on how to bring up the kids'?
Barbaric ritual. But I'm not sure a 17 year old constitutes child abuse.

Definitely, although I'm not sure why it's allowed to happen to babies in Western societies.
Reading back through this thread, I can't believe that women liking circumcised penises is reason given for the practice
Quite often claimed, and on the first page of this thread. Women often express they prefer the cut ones. Which is weird, because every now and then there seems to be a moral panic about labioplasty - a procedure done on consenting women! If that is a claimed reason, it's nonsense.
In the two cases I have quoted it might not just be circumcision we are talking about. It could be Penile incision. (Don't look while you're having your lunch)
It shoule be a police matter regardless of who does it or their level of intoxication, unless, it is a medical necessity. It happens to younger boys too.
THREE teenage Aboriginal boys turned up in the grounds of the bush hospital on December 30. They stood outside with blood pouring down their legs. They were too embarrassed to go inside, fearing they would encounter a female nurse or doctor. They had just been through a circumcision ceremony in a camp outside Tennant Creek, 500km north of Alice Springs. It had gone badly wrong. The boys, who had received no anaesthetic, were left mutilated by elders who it is suspected were drinking when they performed the initiation ritual. The Northern Territory Health Department confirmed the boys had presented with severe lacerations but refused to give their ages.It is understood the boys were 16 or under, which should have prompted the hospital to report the incident to police. Police were not told. The three boys were in hospital for three nights before being released back into the community.http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/li...inal-communities/story-e6frf019-1225817876641
Drunk old men causing severe lacerations to young boys' penises should be a police matter.
