I'm curious about that argument. Why would it matter if you looked like your Dad? Just to avoid a couple of questions if the kid noticed?

I'm not sure why when you're given a healthy new born boy, one the first things you do is start chopping bits off of them. Seems counter intuitive to me.

what "health" benefits?Evolution isn't perfect. Circumcision has many medical benefits. We chop bits off perfectly healthy newborn lambs too. Because it helps them to have longer and more disease-free lives.
So terminating a life, and terminating a foreskin are pretty much the same thing in your book? Those women probably think you're a bit simple Gus.

quality bump, i've always wondered if he's got a helmet or a hoodieThis site has a lot of Aussies on it and whether they're circumcised. A few fair few footy players.

It may seem that way to uncut men.
However not having one, it's awesome.
No dick cheese.
The world would be a better place for having no dick cheese.
show me the evidenceCircumcision is proven to be an effective barrier against STDs, including HIV/AIDS. It also prevents fungal/bacterial infections of the glans. That's most probably the reason it was invented to begin with. Most religious traditions that seem strange nowadays probably made perfect sense 3000 years ago.
The main drawback is the risk of botching the operation, which is why it is so much less common now in an era where we have plenty of other options for treating STDs. But before the invention of antibiotics where STDs like Syphilis were fatal, circumcision would have undoubtedly been as important then as vaccinations for measles/whooping cough are today.
The shower is your friend.
Presumably you don't remember what it was like to have one so you would have to say that, wouldn't you?
Male circumcision is genital mutilation and serves no purpose... end of story
Sorry i dont understand what youre sayingIt serves to make your hoodie look absolutely horrid and putrid.
Helmets have always been better than hoodies! It may seem that way to uncut men.

That's a good point you raise. In times of drought uncut men are a bigger drain on our resources.
Plus, who needs an op to remove it these days? They can just use a band and the foreskin drops off a baby!
