I remember in one of these sort of threads (might have been on another site) someone posted a Cosmo survey that said 83% of women prefer one that's been snipped. I think it was 7% uncut and 10% don't care.

That's reason enough for me.

So assuming that a womans opinion on the looks of a circumcised penis compared to a non circumcised penis matters you seem to be making the assumption that all women prefer circumcised. Where is your Australian study to support this assumption?

Well I actually talk to women. I could understand how some shy virgins may not have had such conversations with female friends etc

Only some uncut gimp however would bother to care about a conducting a study regarding the issue.

Also if it was true and all women prefer men with circumcised penises does that mean that all men should insist every woman with breasts B cup or smaller must go in for cosmetic surgery to make them bigger because men generally prefer bigger breasts?

Well breast augmentation is a big business, must be something in it. Especially given it's normally men paying for the missus to get it done.

Really?? I don't think that's true. What law is that? I think circumcision has to be signed off by both parents. Not the case with abortion.

I have a 2 month old son. I was largely ambivalent about the whole issue. Since the medical profession didn't consider it best practice nor recommend it, I decided against it. I figure they know far more about the facts then I ever will.

Shallow, cosmetic reasons as mentioned previously don't interest me in the slightest.

Smart man. If you want further confirmation, watch footage of one being performed and listen. That'll make your mind up once and for all.

I'm cut and I'm pretty happy about it, but you helmet heads freak me out when you're so against it like there is some secret life I was never made aware of because I was cut.

Am I like a child in a 3rd world country that thinks its alright because I dont know any better?

The idea of the helmet and the cleaning and pulled back etc makes me cringe.

I was cut for medical reasons when I was 4, pissed fire one day. Lots of doctors wouldnt do it before one just said yeah no probs and cut it the next day and all was good from there.

I'm really curious whether I'll get my kids cut or not. I'm not really capable of explaining to him how to use an uncut willy.

You've obviously bred kids who exhibit your own super human tolerance for pain. You should be proud as you no doubt are, but most kids are just soft-***** (pardon the pun) and cry at the first sight of having a piece of skin removed.

I'm not cut but I've had some problems in the past because of that. Painful, bloody problems that most people don't want to hear about.
Because of that I always thought I'd get any sons cut to prevent then having the same painful problems. I must say though that over time, and since I have been trouble free for years now, I'm not sure its necessary.
One thing I will say is that even though there was pain fairly regularly, I was never even close to having the procedure done as an adult to eliminate the problem. no way.

I'm surprised any surgeon would allow anything resembling a bottle of milk, a cocktail of microbes and bacteria, in a theatre.

Bobbit is both cut and uncut......and also has had the experience of a reversal of sorts, so could be the ultimate authority.
Only his current GF could give any real idea of aesthetic appeal though at this stage.
Have to be fairly beaten around though.
