I have always loved this bloke. He is your typical no nonsense fringe dweller who gets it done. His kicks are no nonsense, his attack on the ball is no nonsense, his haircut is no nonsense, his tattoos are ridiculous, what are you doing Clancee?

On Saturday, when he was lining up for goal from 55m out, the commentators were idly wondering whether he could make the distance. Pfft, you could have put him another 10 metres back and he still would have made it. Clancee is great! Plus he loves a goal against the Bombers.

You can really see the development in his body since then. I always thought he was a thick brick outhouse, but he was relatively small back then.

His form is amazing at the moment. can play mid or small back. Quite versatile. Not opposed to tagging If needed either.

It was a good game. Second time I've seen them upset a premiership contender. I'm thankful Freo won't play them here, their form's still too variable to win away but they're pretty good at the Showgrounds. Dylan Shiel is a brilliant midfielder.

Great thread. My manlove for Clancee has never waned over the years. Stoked to see he is entrenched in the side after all his injury setbacks of 2014.

Clancee seems so comfortable with his place within the side now. He played well in the West Coast and Geelong games but was tentative with structures and with the ball. Against Melbourne and Essendon he really played instinctive football and backed himself with great results. Clancee is still building and not close to his reaching his ceiling.
