Paddwah Had a game high of 7 clangers more than any player on the night:$
Amazing how on the crows board most of their customers reckon he was one of their better performers??? Blind kicks around the corner just doesn't cut the mustard these days.

Actually for once I'd have to agree with them.
Paddy was very good around the ball last night, yes his disposal was awful but there were plenty worse wearing a fruit tingles jumper last night.

Giving points for trying is nice but it doesn't win you games alone, some composure and finishing skills would have been handy for his team but I don't think he was thinking of TEAM.

A few of those possessions would have been counted as goal assists when they were really chaos balls.....

Yep, he at times makes good time/space for himself then just bangs it on the boot and hopes for the best - one day it will all click for him but I on't know who he will be playing for when that happens.

Dangerfield a bit upset at missing out on an Adelaide Crows Hall of Game spot last night.

"What has Tony Modra done that I haven't?" cried Clanger. Threatened to quit the club.

Was appeased only when it was pointed out that 2 time premiership captain Mark "Elbows" Bickley and Grand final hero Darren "Who ate all the pies?" Jarman missed out as well.

"I'll try and post something funny" cried the Port flog without realising that you actually have to be retired to be eligible.

Did anyone keep count on how many clangers our good friend clangerfield got today?
Danger's disposal efficiency 63.9% Boak's disposal efficiency 63.6% hmmmm.
Dangerfield 14 clearances Boak 4 clearances
Dangerfield 21 contested possessions Boak 14.

I think Dangerfield had a pretty fair night and his workload could not be questioned.

I actually agree with this. Was your second best player after Betts, and won a few 1v1s with Wingard, constantly gained you meterage, won a lot of contested ball.

But has he signed yet?

Have a look at the massive circle jerk going on in here. Danger did more than most of Port's midfielders last night. :thumbsu:
Yep most of Clangers centre clearances went to row 10 in the outer wing. Slam the ball on the boot, who gives a shit where it ends up!

Now compare that to when Gray won the centre clearance.

What deflection? Also, I thought Betts was only a junk time specialist? :drunk:
How come Gray can hit a target out of the centre and Clanger can't?

Good to see teams finally work out the last 2 weeks that you don't need to tag Clanger. He won't hurt you with his disposal.

You are better off shutting out Sloane out of the game who is a far better player and the heart and soul of the Camries.

Luckily for Dangerfield that his 50 metre bombs to the boundary line count as 'effective', isn't it?

I'd take 5 clearances from someone like Gray over 14 from Clangerfield every day of the week.
