I'm sure investigators would know this but they need to have a really hard look at the inside of his forearms and any historical pics where they can be seen, the place that doesn't see much sun.
It's prone to heavy scarring, scratches and clawing can leave scars visible ten plus years later.
Im covered in scars Shelly. I have two lots of stitches in my forearms alone.
To be honest, my scars are white on my dark skin. Except for chest which are darker. Stitches.
Not thought about it too much.
It must be the type of scars? Scars on legs were cauterised shrapnel wounds.
Deep lower lacerations in lower legs are only slightly different in colour.
Scars around knuckles are barely noticeable with only fine lines. Thumb laceration you would barely see. Its a fine line and the skin folds.
You can only really see the scars in my neck from hair growth distortion in the neck. You look had you can see the stitches. I get pimples in the scars occasionally because the hairs become ingrown in the scars. Hard to see. I have to shave carefully because it can damage the scars.
Point taken, but they would have to have expert analysis. Imagine being a scar specialist.
Remember the person mentioning the scar near the eye on the accused. Looks like fingernail dig?
