That would be the two-fingered salute, would it not?We say bad luck Pies on missing out of Clark and give them a wave. We then deal directly with Melbourne.

I'm assuming ladder position wise? Pies look to be dropping, crows should really be there abouts to make the 8The bolded part, can you please elaborate on what you mean exactly?
That's different opinions for ya, I guess. No way, Kersten will definitely make it. Just needs games like all our other youngsters. We need other options other than Hawkins.

Yeah. But he is probably more trouble than he is worth at this stage, and they owe him nothing.
Turf lake, bring in Frawley. Big up grade. But some cap squeezing you would think.
If Clark comes in, I'd trade Kersten out, and try and get another mid for him. I am just not sure Shane will make it. Too "inbetween" for me - but worth something in a trade I think.
HF: Murdoch Clark Motlop/Resting Mid
FF: Bartel Hawkins McCarthy

What are they both worth? What do they want for Labombya? If Clark picks us then Pies will probably have to work out a value.
IMO , Cats will probably cough up R2 and get R4 back or something like that. So 33 for Clark and 60 ish
I had a feeling I saw somewhere today Lake saying he wanted to go on again...
Yep, right. I read it incorrectly. I thought that you were saying that he would stay at Adelaide for a little while longer and go to Collingwood at a later (unspecified) date, which makes no sense at all.Sure.
If Beams goes to Brisbane as expected, then Pies midfield is going to be a rabble, now that Swans is on the way down and Ball is also gone, Pendles will be the only good player left.
Where as Crows still have a decent midfield, in fact, I think they have a top 8 list still, but can't put it together. So if Danger is leaving for success he could go to a better place then Pies, that are looking bottom 8 material.
Yep. I had misread what he said.I'm assuming ladder position wise? Pies look to be dropping, crows should really be there abouts to make the 8
I would throw away my membership if they did this childish rubbish. Our young players aren't 3 year olds. But on that point, how cool would it be if the club could pull this sort of stuff off.
"Hey Lonners and Corey, we need you to play VFL for the next 3 weeks. Yes that might cost us an AFL game. But we want you playing a solid block next to Hamling, Thurlow, and Bews so that they can learn quickly. And learn from the best."
And then maybe there is another block where they do the same with Bartel, Kelly, maybe even Varcoe to help teach the kids how much running is needed.
Definitely keep Walker. He has shown enough at 21 to think he has got a future.Kertsen actually would be more likely to be kept because he is an "inbetween" imo. Offers something different. Brown or Walker , and id say Walker has more value.

Vardy is never again never playing ruck can we stop thinking this way. His hips are not up to the collision that is involved in the positionBews Frawley Blicavs
Guthrie Taylor Thurlow
Duncan GHS Christensen
Murdoch Clark Motlop
Kersten Hawkins McCarthy
Vardy Caddy Selwood
Jansen Hartman
Lang Smedts
Would love to see this team in round 1 2016
His hips won't avoid collision regardless of what position on the field he plays.Vardy is never again never playing ruck can we stop thinking this way. His hips are not up to the collision that is involved in the position
I thought both he and the club said his hip issue would need to be 'managed' .... then he continued to play quite a bit of ruck in 2013....Vardy is never again never playing ruck can we stop thinking this way. His hips are not up to the collision that is involved in the position
Ruck is a whole other level of physical abuse!Vardy is never again never playing ruck can we stop thinking this way. His hips are not up to the collision that is involved in the position
Definitely keep Walker. He has shown enough at 21 to think he has got a future.
I am not sold on Kersten.
And as I have been saying for 3 years.
Menzel will never play again. Vardy my never play again.![]()
Towards the end of 2013 we were looking like playing Stokey and Bundy as our starting rucks thoughI thought both he and the club said his hip issue would need to be 'managed' .... then he continued to play quite a bit of ruck in 2013....

Lot less wear and tear on hips playing as a CHF than as a RuckHis hips won't avoid collision regardless of what position on the field he plays.

lol- that's pretty desperate. At one stage I thought Menzel would have to get out there on his crutches and whack the ball out!Towards the end of 2013 we were looking like playing Stokey and Bundy as our starting rucks though![]()
