Love the clash jumper, agree with others we should wear it to every away game

What do we all think of it, im not a big clash guernsey fan, but i kinda like ours, closer to the old south melbourne guernsey, do people think we should wear it more often?

Agree with those saying we should wear it at all our home games in Melbourne...
Also lose the opera house shit on it I hate broken lines, red or white shorts Im not fussed..

While Im at it solid red socks for all games the candy cane ones look ****y that's why everyone wears them down, no coloured boots just black ones, move back to Lakeside, full strength beer and bring back the peanut man with his sack of peanuts!

Just a tip for those wanting a traditional jumper, many teams in lower leagues all around the country wear South Melbourne's traditional jumper you can buy them in many places and AFL logos are available on ebay, just get your mum to sew it on.

I bought one of the sleeveless retro woolen ones on the site. I check daily to see if they get anymore large size long sleeved so I can get one of those. Only 2xx and bigger available. When I called they said they have had to order more as they are selling well.

Play in the red V a lot of people love it including opposition supporters for some reason.

I can understand the price is daunting. The AFL patch seems a bit cheap looking and on the sleevless version I found the shoulder width a little narrow for me. Felt really good on though and looks pretty good and being the older material has a memory lane feel to it. Comes in a nice retro feel display box. Still I think the long sleeve will be a winner for night games. I've still got the VFL shorts and red socks so might fully kit up for the Gold Coast game and look like the w***er I am.

Yep agree... Clash strip is great.

Need more red V in Melbourne though. Would be a bloody great sight seeing the red V flood the G on a sunny afternoon in the not so distant future....

I've always been of the opinion we could bring out the sash (ala essendon & the tigers) like our very original jumper would have had... The Red V is far superiour over all other designs however.

It's amazing how something so seemingly trivial could mean so much. A basic white jumper with a red V & red shorts. Easy.

$175 for short sleeve.

$185 for long sleeve.

It is taking every ounce of control I have not to buy a long sleeve one right now, they look absolutely fantastic.
