FWIW, Diablo knows his stuff. He has obviously seen enough of these kids to rate Collard. As we all know this is far from an exact science, or else all the recruiters would just take a list made by Kevin Sheehan and we would know the outcome of the draft in advance. I suspect Collard is ranked anywhere from 8 to 20 on recruiters lists, so it is not an outlandish pick at all. As i have said elsewhere he is a talent (no actually he is cr@p and will slide to 17
