Besides, he's a good cricketer...didn't you know that the qualifications for being a good cricketer were appeal to the opposite sex (or at least, this member of the opposite sex)....

Nah, I do take cricket seriously, and watch regardless of whether he's playing, I just think he's hot. Sort of keeps me glued to the TV if absolutely nothing else is happening in the game.

I think the cricket forum is safe!

Watson is because he is a Queenslander

Lee HAD moments, but since the World Cup he has been abysmal. He effectively ended the career of Andy Bichel, thus many a Queenslander have a burning hatred for the showpony. If you watched the One-Dayer vs India at the GABBA at the start of the year, you would have heard a 'BIIIICHHEELLLLL' chant thunder around the GABBA as Brett Lee was getting smashed all over the ground...

But a word of warning, bring any signs of Brett Lee loving to the cricket forums and there are enough of us to rip heads off... Suzi has ventured down the path many a time, and has just done so again Silly girl will never learn.

He is respected by women due to his looks, and by kids for his speed... And thats fair enough, whatever creates interest etc, but on the cricket forum its mainly a thing where we talk cricket and appreciate skill... Which Brett seems to be lacking currently.
