The ones that matter...Anyone got a list of the ins and outs since the season ended ?
It was all part of getting Beckham. We had to give up a S (Peppers) and so had to do something to get one back. Murray is a solid unspectacular DB. He'll hold up. They needed to get one back. Ogbah was expendable. There's plenty of DE talent in the draft. Browns moving value around during the off-season. They'll then sure up DB and DE in the draft, earliest picks. So why did we trade Ogbah for him? Seems like we just got rid of Ogbah for the sake of it
Think it comes down to a few reasons. Ogbah would have been good depth, but ultimately Dorsey sees Chad Thomas as being just as good/better. And he already has Chris Smith and Anthony Zettel contracted as 'veteran' backups. Plus Ogbah was in his final year of his deal, with it almost guaranteed that he'd leave in free agency for more money or a starting spot then you may as well develop the next guy now.So why did we trade Ogbah for him? Seems like we just got rid of Ogbah for the sake of it
