Don't know if it's just me, but the draft has really snuck up. Only 13 days away. My completely uninformed draft board looks like...

1. LB Isaiah Simmons
2. OT Andrew Thomas
3. OT Tristan Wirfs
4. OT Jedrick Wills
5. OT Mekhi Becton
6. DT Derrick Brown

I really want Simmons, but I accept there's only a very very slim chance of him being available. Otherwise, just take whichever offensive tackle is still on the board. Seems like it'll probably come down to Thomas and Becton - the pure size of Becton is intriguing and would be fun, but Thomas looks really safe and the name just suits the LT position.

I rate Thomas as the best tackle too, other guys getting hype over their potential while he has the runs on the board.

Yea, I really hope one of them falls on us at #7, not sure that will even happen tho.

Browns with a very similar need basis to us in the first round it looks like, I'd settle for one of the tackles at #7 also, but Okudah and Simmons are the guys I really want.

Which is good enough for me, I now want them in that order. If anyone knows left tackles, it's the best left tackle ever.

Although there's a lot of talk about us maybe trading back and going with Ezra Cleveland instead. Probably depends on who is still available at 10, but I'm all for it just for the name alone. Be the lowest risk jersey purchase ever.
 
Browns selected Alabama OT Jedrick Wills with the No. 10 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Finally, Baker Mayfield should have himself a viable left tackle. Clearly the Browns believe so, as Jack Conklin is fully expected to start the season on the right side of the line. A five-star recruit and two-year starter for the Crimson Tide, Wills (6’4/312) allowed just one sack across 39 games and 970 career offensive snaps in the SEC. Whether NFL front offices view him as a franchise left tackle remains unclear as all of Wills' in-game snaps in both high school and at the collegiate level came on the right side. The 21-year-old was voted second-team AP All-American as a true Junior, ranking as Pro Football Focus' No. 11 offensive tackle among 249 qualifiers with 500 snaps. His 74th-percentile Adjusted SPARQ athleticism at the NFL Combine also includes an impressive 87th-percentile 40-time (5.05) and eye-popping 97th-percentile vertical leap (34 1/2"). Overall, Wills projects as a high-upside prospect who has the technique to win in pass-pro and ferocity to clear gaping holes in any rushing scheme.
