Our side is super young. Youre going to have plenty of down times in a game where there is little to no experience on the field.

And im perfectly fine with them letting the likes of Schwartz and Mack go. It's not like we were getting stellar protection last year for our QBs and backs.

The run game has been super so far this yeat so thats a massive positive. We are so far behind in games we have to abandonen it and throw the football. Kessler is a dunk and dink sort of QB but he has guts and is VERY accurate. If he can develop an arm then he could be anything. Pryor is an animal and will get WR1 money and so he should.

It sucks losing but im getting a kick out of seeing some of these guys develop. And you can tell they love playing for Hue as they fight every game out.

Anyone expecting wins as a barometer this season clearly doesn't have their head screwed on properly.
You and I clearly watch in parallel universes. There is nothing being developed and there is no one they picked in the draft that looks to be anywhere near an above average player in the NFL.

Dont think we can get a proper gauge on any QB that comes into our system until we get an OL.

But no doubt we take Deshaun Watson #1 in the draft. We'll then have the Philly pick and an early 2nd rounder to maybe add a quality pass rush in.

Offensive line needs a tonne of work and that's probably our biggest need atm.
O Line isn't good but the real overhaul is needed on D.
Cornerbacks are laughable, Haden is a shadow of what he was (I accept he's injury prone). Shelton, Nassib and Ogbah aren't bad. Kirksey is ok but the rest have fallen away.
I agree we'll likely take Watson #1 but I'd like us to trade down Philly's pick for a swag of other picks. We've got no choice but to pick as many CBs and safeties as we can. The more is more approach we took to drafting WRs was the right move - take as many as we can and increase your chances of picking up one or 2 good ones.

Not sure about trading down this year but id certainly look at moving Joe Thomas on if the rumors are true of Seattle offering a 2nd and 4th rounder. And i have no doubt we are waiting for the start of next season to move Haden on. The guy would tear something walking round the mall.

Id go our O-line first. Our QBs are getting crushed week after week atm.

I actually think the O Line hasn't been that bad. Kessler's concussion was because he tried to extend the play instead of just throwing it away. I'm not saying we ignore the OLine but I'd rather spend our 1st and 2nd rounds picks on cornerbacks and safeties (plus whatever we can get via FA). I'd also use FA to get an experienced centre as Erving is a washout (although Greco hasn't been bad) and a replacement left tackle once Thomas is traded. Pasztor hasn't been bad but I'm not convinced about him.

I also think another TE is needed. More offenses are playing two TE systems (eg the Pats) and I fear Barnidge is a one season wonder.

We may disagree on priorities but one thing we all acknowledge is that the Brownies have a lot of holes right now!

what makes you think we will take Watson with 1? he seems to be sliding down most mock drafts possibly out of the first round!

Itll be Watson or Kizer. Watson wont go outside the first round with Chicago and San Francisco looking for a QB.

Id like us to draft Lamar Jackson next year though!

You've been listening to Woodson about me.
More like Chism …. I don't rate myself tall enough to go sticking it to the little people. ;)

We 100% need an O-line. Fitzpicktrick will work his usual magic, if McCown starts, we will get the win.
And don't forget that Fitzy is capable of pulling some weird stuff outta his back pocket that makes him look momentary stellar.
