Clinton Benjamin. Where is he at?

Could be worse ... we could have traded an early pick in what was tipped to be the best draft for Tarrant.

This came up just yesterday -I was watching the Collingwood game with a friend who is a Pies supporter and I said 'how funny would it be if Medhurst ends up kicking more goals for Collingwood than Tarrant kicks for Freo?'. She wasn't so up to speed with recent trades so I explained that the real trade was pick # 8 (Ben Reid) for Tarrant, and Medhurst was just the icing on the cake.

Medhurst has kicked 29 goals in 20 games (avg. 1.45)for Collingwood so far and Tarrant has kicked 33 goals from 23 games (avg. 1.43) for Fremantle. Additionally, both Medhurst and Collingwood are looking much better than Freo and Tarrant this year AND Medhurst is more than a year younger than Tarrant.

Ben Reid being a highly regarded KP forward is still developing and looks likely to be Collingwood's replacement for Rocca down the track.

Could turn out to be a Richmond like trade for Freo

CB was a gun at 16 but never kicked on. Think it says alot when the clubs in his home state didnt even view him as a rookie option.

He was not available to anyone as a rookie option because Carlton picked him up as an 18yo in the 2006 National Draft

my mail was that he wasnt far off senior selection prior to r1 but had minor injury which set him back. he was very good for wa u18s and i thought was a steal at pick 50something...

Jake Niall is not the font of all knowledge. I thought it was just bizarre the way he kept on repeating that Benjamin would've been a certain starter if not for injury in round 1.

I'm hoping Benji becomes like Courtney Dempsey.

I think Benji will become a quicker version of Nathan Lovett-Murray because his kicking needs work.
