That was the write up prior to season 2012, this year he became part of their best 22 again, hence their write up for 2013 season would be different & more complimenrty.

Will be interesting to see what happens. Just my opinion but I think we would have happily sent him off to a club such as the Gold Coast, but have put in some extra effort to ensure he doesn't strengthen an already good team in Collingwood. Clinton for me casts an illusion of a great player when he is no more than a good player. He has an incredible knack for finding space and we all know about his run and carry. Quite simply if Hawthorn are to continue it precise kicking game I feel that Clinton will eventually find himself on the outer as he is terrible over 30-40 meters and burns way too many shots at goal. That said, if he finds a team that works to his strength and uses that slingshot type of play he will be a good pick up for them.

I'm on the fence for this one. We have list changes every year and it's certain that Woodward and Hill will be featuring in some capacity. Savage needs to play full games to develop and someone has to make way. Its hard to say what sort of compensation Young would yield but there is no doubt his currency is as high as it will ever be. Will be another win win trade if it happens.

Consider this, every moment you spend getting anxious or posting and refreshing on big footy has no bearing on whether this deal gets done or not. It will either get done, or it won't and there is not anything you can possibly do to change this. Getting anxious over things you can't control is just wasted energy. We will find out about the deal when it's done, but I guarantee not stressing over it will make the wait much shorter. Just relax, mate. ;)

Yagmoor is worse than Anthony Corrie and that is saying something. Will be delisted next year 100%. Hasnt got a defensive bone in his body and is the laziest footballer I have seen on a football field.

Sounds harsh for a first year player but I have not liked what I have seen from him at all

I've just received confirmation that young will officially be announced by Tuesday at the latest. As for the Dawes deal, pies trying very hard to get pick 20 and Martin. We might also be trading two of our first rounders to have a big crack and a real big name! Watch this space people!!

great news bout young but no no no no no too trading our picks!!!! who sam ried? rather keep picks 17,18 and 20 and get three very handy players than one guy..... at some point we are gonna have to bring in young TALENT and the time is now!!!!! we can still compete and miss a rebuilding phase all together if we use the picks well!!!

I am hearing that Young was a better than 80% chance of leaving earlier last week. Now it's a 50/50 proposition that he will leave Hawthorn.

Don't forget Brisbane, Essendon and Port are right into him also.

If we miss out on Young, who would we look at as a secondary option to replacing Wellers?

He doesn't want to leave Vic so Brisbane and Port won't happen.

First I have heard of Essendon.between us and the hawks.
