You posters saying "Lets get rid of Daisy" have lost the plot :confused: , yeah sure he had a bad season but you get those. Think back to mid-way through 2011 and he was THE best midfielder in the comp, tearing the opposition to shreds and was selected as AA. 2013 will see him return to those standards, just wait and see ;)

FWIW Buckley appears to be much like MM in so much as the attitude of its my way or the highway. There is no doubt in my mind that MM would never have lowered himself to smarm a footballer the quality of Chris Dawes into staying at the club.

Lastly O'Keefe was out of contract which meant there was a massive difference between the two. O'Keefe could have walked after the trade period finished if things didn't work out. That was never an option with Dawes.

For a borderline best 22 he hasnt missed many games lately. And when they indicated to him he wasn't at the top of their list they had no idea what they could get for him, he was just not as required as he was the year before when they gave him a 3 year contract.
Spin it any way you want he would make our list stronger by being on it.
Semantics on ROK, he wanted out they talked him around, he stayed, he was happy. If they wanted Dawesy to stay I'm sure they could have convinced how valuable he was and hed have been fine as well.
