He's listed as an emergency, surely he wasn't overlooked. But why put him in the emergencies if his shoulder is still not up to it.

We miss his use of the ball and carry and run, it hurt us against the Dogs.

With Bateman looking like a late withdrawl would Youngy come in? Looks like Ellis will but he's struggled so far.

Hope Ellis does play, provide us with some great compusure and precision kicking coming into our forward line, plays half a game, get 18 touches, kicks 2 goals himself and sets up four others for Buddy, Dicko and Roughie !!

I know it's still very early in Ellis's career but so far there has been very little to be impressed with, his decision making is poor, kicking isn't much better but he does seem to find the ball even with very little game time. But i'm sure over time he will improve and be one of our midfield stars.

Actually astounded Young was named an emergency behind Mcglynn Guerra Osbourne.Much improved so far this year probably just as quick as Bateman and much much better at using the ball-IMO Batemans disposal is pretty ordinary and players like that need to be cast aside over this year and next!!! Not saying Bateman cant improve but under pressure disposal has been ordinary on many occasions and is masked at times by his explosive pace!!!

As soon ad I first spotted the team to play the Bombastics and Youngie was names as am emergency I wrote this in the Bombers v Hawks thread -

Don't be surprised if the naming of Clint as an emergency is a decoy to dumbbum Sheedy .

The real team could see Youngie in the 22, maybe in the starting 18.
