he has looked a bit lost at times and i think he needs to learn to use his body a bit better....but he is only 20 and is playing chf which is only one of the hardest positions to play. secondly who would you propose to play that current posistion if cloke was dropped?
He is playing a long way from goal. I'd move him closer to the sticks. I liked it when they experimented with him in the backline.

think he looks so lost.... he will improve. but i think he misses his brothers being there i really do. always looked like a totally different player when one of the others (especially Jason) was on the park with him

Never been a fan of him.
He is slow.
Has the turning circle of a Mack truck.
Is useless when the ball hits the ground.
Set shot for goal is atrocious.
Can't kick right foot.
Lacks strength for a bloke his size.
Poor hand strength so drops more marks than he should.
Don't know why so many rate him highly.

You know, he has shown more than the bloke who was drafted with the number 2 pick in the same year

Should be dropped back to the Willy Reserves, but we can't afford to do it 
He comes out each match and does something just makes you go, thats what we're talking about (one handed grab today a perfect example), but likka summed up everything in exact same words as I would have used.
Possibly the worst kick in the league, and also, the Herald Sun had the worst players goal-kicking accuracy wise...funnily enough Trav Cloke was no.3 in the league (behind Shannon Byrnes IIRC and another of ours, Benny Johnson)

cloke is a massive sissy for his size, if i was a big as him i would just crash into every pack, even if the football is 100m away

We have too much expectations placed on him. Fair enough he should improve. But to call him a dud, a waste of a spot on the list is stupid. Cloke is EASILY in the top 5 kpps taken in his draft. KPPs take time, it should be taken as a positive he is actually a key part of our side already.

This kid should be renamed the clanger kid. He tries hard, but lacks the most basic marking, kicking and handball skills.
Every one of the beefs I have about him above were illustrated today. Luckily for him he had a dud defender on him and a rampant midfield endlessly pumping the ball into the 50.

He isn't soft. He knows how to get into good spots, and find the footy, he can use it when its a long kick but when it comes to shots on goal, he is useless. 2-3 goals this year so far?
Hes at his best as a Tarrant-like leader further up the ground, getting it 70-80 out and booting it long into the 50. He can get his 10-12 marks a week and set up 3-4 goals and Ill be happy with that. Cannot seem to play well inside the 50, doesnt know how to kick at goal.
I'd definitely be hoping he gets dropped this week, or the following so he can get some form at Willy then bring him back, because its so obvious he is lacking so much confidence.

You can't be serious.
The only deficiencies in his game at the moment is his goalkicking (very obvious) and his little spots where he loses his concentration and drops easy marks.
Besides that, his game was brilliant today.
Today, was the best game he has ever played for us... Period. At least he got his hands on the ball. However, that kick under pressure to basicilly confirm the win for us in the last quarter from the set shot, where it went out on the full was pathetic. However, he was a 'target' and took a few marks today which was good.

If its him losing concentration then he can go back to Willy and get turned on again, because if we are playing a game on the line, and he does that and drops easy marks when we need him to be our potent forward then I dont want to see the reaction of MM and the fans.
He's playing in the AFL, not in the locals, where else can his concentration be?
He needs to be dropped, he lacked confidence, which is why he missed easy shots, and still misses easy shots, yets kicks PERFECTLY when kicking into our forward line and he drops silly marks like that. I love TC, but to play AFL footy, you need to have confidence.
Im tipping after 13 marks and more than 20 possies dropping him will not even be a consideration. There are things he needs to work on but today was a 100% improvement on his other 4 games this year. He worked is A$$ off today and got some reward for his efforts
