Closer to a flag: B. Scott or Hardwick?

Obviously I'm on the North side but interested to see what the rest of BF thinks.

I think Hardwick. I believe Hardwick can get a flag in the next 2-3 years. North Melbourne seem to be nearing the end in terms of the age profile of their list. If they don't get one this year or next year (which I think they won't do), I don't think they'll get a Premiership any time soon.

But Scott is closer, How can he not be? He's coached to two Prelims? Hardwick can't even coach a finals win and probably won't have a job in a couple of years.
