Guess the margin for our game each week. Sign up now for a Round 11 start (the GWS game) :)

Rules:
1.
State the margin (and winner) for our game each week
2. Closest to pin wins each week
3. Overall winner will be the poster with the lowest aggregate (how far from the post each week) for the year wins. A draw will be decided with a count back (closest to the pin in round 23, if still drawn then round 22, etc.)
4. If you forget to post your guess before the opening bounce then your guess from the previous round will be recycled, rather than being disqualified or missing out.

Example:
Essendon defeated West Coast by 61 points in Round 9. If you had tipped West Coast by 20 points then you would be 81 points off, whereas if you tipped Essendon by 20 then you'd be 41 points off.

What is the rule around tipping each week? Because if I got it spot on in round 11 I could just not tip again for the rest of the year? Fly

If I've liked your post then I've got you on my list :p

scezza Everyone will need to have a guess each week to stay in. If you forget then we'll have to come up with something as an automatic back-up for people who forget. I'll get back to you. (Any suggestions?)
Maybe if you forget then you get the largest margin differential tipped for that week?

That's one option. Two other thoughts I had were the round number against Essendon (so R11 tips GWS by 11). Or possibly the inverse of our margin the previous week (if we lost by 20 then you'd tip us by 20. Stuffed if that was this week though, what's the chances of Richmond getting us by 61 points?). Could also go with the poster's own tip from the previous week again.

The last one is actually pretty good as then at least it could follow a poster's pattern of tipping?
