Official Club Stuff Club Members and Board Elections

With Club AGM season upon us, I thought id put this up for your perusal.

All information taken from Club constitutions, election notices, and in Richmonds case, the 2014 proposed amendments to the constitution.

I could not freely obtain the consititions for those in pink (will consider buying them, but I believe Melbourne and St Kilda will share similar rules to other Melbourne clubs, while Gold Coast will be similar to GWS in nature, aside from the compulsory delegate from the ACT. I believe that West Coast (IPL) still does not allow member voting.

Where did you source these? Are the Club Constitutions available on club websites? I've tried looking for the MFC one before but couldn't find it, I'll try contacting them and see if they'll give me a copy as a member - if they do I'll scan and send a copy.

A couple of years ago I started collecting club and league documents as they came up on the official websites.

If you do get the dees one Id be delighted to have a copy. It will probably come in pdf format when you do.

Thanks to Demonic Ascent - you can now get the Melbourne Constitution from here. Thanks to his help, you can also see the document the Hawthorn and Melbourne Directors wrote to persuade people to accept the Melbourne Hawks proposal.

No I didn't, Dick Pratt and his wife were not Collingwood board members or benefactors, nor was Bruce Mathieson Snr.
