Over the full season...clubs started within a few days of each other, and end within a few days of each other, playing the same number of games between.

Maximum differential over the journey would be +/-4 days (if you played your first game on the monday, and ended the season on the thursday, or vice-versa)

Hmm...typically over-defensive Richmond post. They must have one of the most advantageous differentials then?

Yep, checks out.

No, just a capacity to do basic maths.

If club A plays 17 games over 140 days, and club B plays 17 games over 144 days, then the differential would be 4.

No club started or will end their season more than 4 days before, or after, any other club, therefore the maximum differential is....4

No, it's relative to your opposition every week.

Club A could play every Friday night with their opponents each week playing them after playing the previous Sunday. Club A would then end up with a differential of +44.

Wrong

Tigers +12 days rest already, the equal best in the competition with the Bulldogs, they have fared pretty well in the latest draw as well.

Round 14: 5 day break to play the Eagles off a 4 day break who are travelling from Perth.
Round 15: 6 day break to play the Dockers off a 4 day break who are travelling from Perth.
Round 16: Bye
Round 17: 9 day break to play the Cats off a 5 day break.
Round 18: TBC - however they will have an extra 2 days to prepare than the Crows.

 Must be making up for the lack of multiple games in a row at the G this season.

Can’t believe the advantage Victorian clubs are getting. Richmond are already playing Round 14 while Fremantle are stuck in Round 10 smh

oh dear, for someone who posts in such a pontificating manner you aren't very bright.

Lmao how I knew that you bigfooty posters would find something to complain about when it comes to Richmond the moment the MCG became a non-factor this season and in the Grand Final.

Port being looked after massively by the AFL, some things never change.
You trolling on the main board. Some things never change.

Why don't you bring up the other teams with even more breaks?

Or explain how your analogy relates to Port travelling to more grounds then any other club since forever.

Oops, forgot to include Round 18. OP now updated.

The AFL obviously gave the mentally soft teams less break time because they were probably going to lose anyway.

Seems like it's you that has the incapacity to do basic math. See the explanation below

This. This is what it's measuring.

Tiges are right to relish an opportunity to reach/win a GF travelling, be the first* to do that win or draw, bar the Lions, the Eagles, Port, Adelaide, Sydney (wins & losses) & Freo & GWS (GF losses only). Go get 'em boy !!
