A cold can of Marchant's Raspberry then bacon, banana, eggs and baked beans in ham sauce on toast, washed down with a VB and a cup of tea.

The raspberry sweetens the mouth, the banana gives you vitamin B back, the greasys help soak up last night piss, the vb is to take the edge off, and the cup of tea gives you a little caffeine boost.
