I don't know QT, Port are a quality side with many good players who are in superlative form. They look very good and the Crows will have to be at their best to overcome them. Port seem to have the advantage all over the ground, it'll be an amazing effort if we can defy all the odds, the critics, the experts and defeat a top side in Port Adelaide.

Hey all, I expect us (Power) to win, but if you guys can put early pressure on us you may have a chance. You still have some great players out there and what's needed is early pressure, to send us back to our old ways. Having said that, I don't think you will do it. Port by 8 goals.

I must say Macca, this is a bit of a surprise. I think Adelaide do have a chance, but I will admit that Port have the better form at the moment. Adelaide still have Jarman, Johnson, Burton, Eccles & Vardy out, now Bode is unavailable as well, although Hewitt and possibly Richardson might be up for selection. Bassett should be playing as well. Port don't have Mead available, but still I think are a little better off than Adelaide in terms of who they have available for selection.

All in all, I can't see a reason to tip against Port. I think Adelaide do have a chance to win, but being realistic I think Port have a better chance to win. I'm hoping Adelaide will win, but I will say that if Adelaide do win it would be an upset.

Crows can win, we just need to get it right on the day. Goodluck to Bassett and Vardy on there first games for the year. Hope it is a terrific game with a Crows victory - my pick 18 points.

The reason ive tipped crows may seem wierd. This is my reasoning:
I do believe that Port have easily the better form...i also believe port have more talent and the better side. BUT, it is a showdown, both teams lift...i think the crows will come out firing and surprise port a bit, and i think adelaide will win. They wire be fired up and sort of like the first showdown last year, remember where port came out fired up and got a large lead...i think adelaide will do that on sunday. I hope not, but i can see it happening

Sorry QT but the scoreboard proved otherwise today and that will probably be the case for the next few seasons. So just be prepared for more results like todays game in the near future.
