Not sure he left under a cloud? Thought he had a contract which expired in 2025 so when Goodwin got the Khyber, Choco was also let go to bring in a new coaching team.

And given he has had success at Port, Richmond and Melbourne, its not a bad record.

Major issue is he's more player development than coaching performance & development which is what Truck's role was, so the role may not suit his strengths, but I wouldn't be upset if we went this way.

I’m assuming he meant that Williams left Richmond under a cloud. Certainly was a big surprise when it happened but we did salute the next year

Great opportunity for Truck, but horrible timing for us. Difficult to replace him too, as there aren't many coaches available this time of year who would have the experience to do that coach of the coaches role. Ken Hinkley? Adam Simpson?

obviously I am questioning when anyone leaves. looking at reasons. postulating. if its a prmotion well and good. we need to deliver someone better now. cherio.

Truck and Morris gone , the only arrivals, a couple of first year development coaches AND Yze on not a lot, I’m guessing we are well under the soft cap.
Unlikely we get any big name replacement, I’d pouring more money into fitness and conditioning. Especially where our list is atm (age) and likely more kids onto our list this year and next.

It would allow Yze to focus on the week to week stuff, while Hinkley could be there for the likes of Madgen Ziebull Bruest & Duryea who will primarily be looking after the development of our younger players

I was talking about Rutten. I didn’t want him back after he was sacked by Essendon. As for Yze first year heaps of injuries and this year heap of kids.

So Port Adelaide were late/slow maybe with there recruitment process or maybe they started late but some how people are disappointed with Rutten and the Richmond FC. Not sure why. Maybe blame Port.
