The cattle are there. We have depth in all positions. It's all in the head now, and that is what a head coach in Hinkleys position needs to get right. So far he's been unable to do that.

Last time I checked Mrs Hardwick didn't have a playing contract I'm sure the team will manage without her
Probably Goodwin. Past two seasons we've finished outside the top 8, I can't see him staying on if we miss out on finals again.

Not sure he is under the most pressure but with the quality of the list at his disposal Bevo needs to produce a top 4 finish.

So since Hinkley is off the table I'd say its hard to separate Goodwin, Scott and Bucks.

I think the expectations are slightly less because let's be honest, there's not any supporters to care.
Bucks easily. He was close in 2017 and now he had an angrier supporter base and no sugar daddy

He has one year of a contract left. Cats don’t sack senior coaches, so unless there is an absolute calamity he is safe.
Contracted to the end of 2022, no chance. BF posters declaring flag or bust can dream but that is not how Geelong operate.
If we missed the finals he would be under some pressure though.

Fair enough. Would you guys be happy with say, a semi finals exit?
The fans I think would be upset if we didn't make the GF this year.
But the club aims to make the finals each year and be competitive, Scott has met that mark in most of his seasons as coach.
End of 2022 - assuming no flag has been won - will be an interesting decision though.
Has to be Goodwin, has a list with a lot of very good players and has delivered nothing with them. Cameron and Buckley are under pressure but they have recent finals and GF appearances.
