They were good, in our bests, but not as good as Walsh.

And 4 goals was 50% of our total score. We managed 4 points in the second half.
4 goals was not a close margin.

I had Walsh as my BOG but could easily have made a case for the other two. The score isn't everything. Remember we were leading at the last change. We still got the ball in the last but we didn't finish. It's not as though we didn't get a touch and all these Pies players surged past. Who were your bests from both teams at 3 quarter time when we still lead and were coming off a zero goal quarter to one by the Pies.

Also, AFL ranking points aren't the be all and end all but they have Curnow as BOG, then Crisp, Elliott, Grundy, Setterfield, then Walsh.
