Seems coaches are a little too obsessed with the winner of the game. We didn't win so easily that not a single opposition player deserved a vote IMO.
I don't really think any indiviudals for Gold Coast were threatening for the game. Jack Martin and Sexton each had good moments, but didn't really seem to be in the best few on field. I'd say we probably should've won by more than we did, and if we had've it would make more sense that no Suns got votes.

Lyons was second best on ground for me

GREATER WESTERN SYDNEY v FREMANTLE
10 Nick Haynes (GWS)
8 Brett Deledio (GWS)
3 Heath Shaw (GWS)
3 Callan Ward (GWS)
2 Toby Greene (GWS)
2 Stephen Hill (Frem)
1 Jeremy Cameron (GWS)
1 Tim Taranto (GWS)

Ross must have given Shaw his 3 votes because he mentioned how good he and Haynes were in the press conference.

8 votes Deledio. Might be wrong, but Sherro seemed to be trailing Lids to the ball whenever he racked up yet another possession. So if Sherro was given a job on Deledio, then it's another nail in his coffin IMHO.

Langdon has got votes in his last 2 games. Think his form is going under the radar.

It definitely is. After watching the replay I gave myself a good talking to for not including him in my votes in the BF POTY. I could, of course go and change them, but I'm far too lazy for that.

Ed still has a pretty obvious 'step-up' from his form this year which is promising. Ball use has got better (done some really good things), but he's still off the mark a bit, If this continues to improve he'll probably step into that B/A grade outside player category for mine. Hard at it, pacey, runs all day, backs himself, kicks goals and just needs to finish his work off a little better.
