Just wondering how this board thought Hocking went coaching the Magpies?

I thought he did great. A grand final last year and at least a semi final this year.

A few performances were poor (especially in wet weather) due to the kids not being skilled and strong enough to execute our AFL game plan which is not Buddahs fault.

Wonder how the Chad Cornes stuff was on the news so promptly but still nothing on Bassett which has been rumoured for weeks. Maybe Bassett coming was a furfy?

Allowing it to be so blatantly publicized like that was not IMO a great idea considering media leaks were a very annoying feature during Chad's last year or so here.

I trust Ken/Burgo to make a technical assessment of whatever Chad has learned in his time away and KT to make a character assessment with power of veto.

If Cornes did indeed knife the club, which I'm not sure he did!! They would be the same knifes that were stuck into him during his final year. He is a champion of our club and was treated horribly.

What a ****ing terrible comparison. He was upset on the way out, but to compare him to chaplin is a stretch.

The club burnt Chad and then pissed on his ashes. Chaplin was the other way around.

but this one, this takes the bloody cake... we are the same bloody club and we would still be his employer, as we were. this was never a ****ing soccer club culture situation where star X can just shoot his mouth off and get a gig somewhere else.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Chad one of the reasons we lost Shaun Burgoyne? And if we had Burgoyne instead of Hawks last year would we have another premiership?
