Non statistical roles are fine, when your team is winning. Hawthorne would have non statistic players.

When you are not, it becomes simple - get better players and start winning.

Are they not bright? Just tell them these 3 words:

Non-statistical role

Or is that 2 words:oops:

But I reckon the club is backed into a corner because of his contract. They just need him to come off otherwise he's playing SANFL for 3 years.
Its three words but one of the words performs a non statistical role so it isn't counted.

Ellis-Yolmen worries me, I think if he gets an offer from a QLD club or maybe a Sydney club he might be off. This is reading between the lines from our discussions but there's some confusion as to why he didn't get a game in the second half of the year.

I'd think Grigg is weighing up his options and I'm sure his manager is asking around.

Centre Half Back.

Grrr, this annoys me so much because this is exactly what Walsh was so good at. Firstly, Cam would have been playing under Walsh anyway, but secondly, if he wasn't, he would have known exactly why and what he had to do to get back into the side. Communication.

I am very concerned about this appointment. I wonder who will be prepared to work under someone with 60 months relevant experience. The sentence in bold about working in collaboration with the senior coach suggests that all outcomes in the fitness area (for good or bad) are not solely his responibility.

His Honours degree in Human Movement is the absolute minimum qualification for this work.

Prophetic.
