FWIW the guy that Poulos is replacing got a job in the NBA. If Poulos has aspirations in America/UK/Europe then it's clearly a job that doesn't hamper those aspirations
This guy that Poulos is replacing is he the guy that's taken over the Warriors Sports Science team? I heard he was from Australia but didn't recognise the name, Lachlan something I think?

Yeah, he was the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Australian Men's Rugby Sevens team. Now the head of the current NBA champions physical performance and sports medicine team. Fair promotion!

Ah good stuff, I hope he does a good job. We had such a charmed run with injuries last year it will be hard for him to beat that!

When he arrived at the Lions he said it was like a country football team with regards to preparation, recovery and training. He was easily beating all of the current players in the time trials. Most of his work has been laying the foundations and repairing what it was before he got there.

Yeah no this isn't correct

Grigg and CEY? And what position do you play?
Ellis-Yolmen worries me, I think if he gets an offer from a QLD club or maybe a Sydney club he might be off. This is reading between the lines from our discussions but there's some confusion as to why he didn't get a game in the second half of the year.

I'd think Grigg is weighing up his options and I'm sure his manager is asking around.

Centre Half Back.

Not so much the contract but certainly do discuss why x and y might be getting a game and barely touching it while they tear up the local league.
Are they not bright? Just tell them these 3 words:

Non-statistical role

Or is that 2 words:oops:

But I reckon the club is backed into a corner because of his contract. They just need him to come off otherwise he's playing SANFL for 3 years.
