Coaching succession plan - North style

As it turns out, this may have been it
Scott recruits Shaw to the club. Not exactly how he planned it would work out, but here at North we at times stumble onto great things by accident.

I am happy to have a new face and not Crocker or Tutor

Tutor is good, crocker could be the problem, he's been around for too long, his work on the player might not be most relevant to today's work.

Of course, the real test for Shaw will be around how he makes the most of what is available to him at any given time. This includes Crocker and Tudor. It’s very easy to wipe the slate clean and start from square one. That nets you an extra honeymoon period to allow the NWO to gain traction. However, if Shaw can incorporate Crocker’s and Tudor’s in-house experience and adapt to his own strategy, the pay-off could be massive.
