59 minutes on hold after a phone support call back. Regular beeps like someone was picking it up and putting it back on hold. Then answered as if they'd just called me.

I followed some instructions from Blizzard to fix a situation in battle net. Downloads were just stuck "waiting for another install".

That unplugged it and the final 20GB of destiny 2 finally installed.

Now Black Ops 4 is downloading. AGAIN. All 60GB.

**** these people. Just incompetent beyond measure.

You don’t have to anything silly like update Battle.net first which might be what it’s waiting for to install? Battle.net normally hogs all of my bandwidth if I’m downloading something.

Nah it was a specific issue that required deleting a couple of specific directories etc.

That's nuts. I guess there were a ton of connections and thanks to async programming it left you hanging without a response.

No it’s a problem with Battle net app that has been around for years from what I can see on their support forums. It’s just a shit system.

At least it’s sorted. That used to happen to me sometimes updating WoW through the client but that was before Battle.net.

PS4 tells me 18gb, that finishes, the disc starts spinning and it changes to 18gb/51gb

We're essentially downloading the digital version with the disc being used as a verification key....great work Activision.

I was able to play Blackout around 7pm last night.

Went live last night.

Played a match this morning on Slums from Blops 2 and everything just felt right. Great map flow, no insta kill shit and no boost jumping.

The fact it has the best 2 maps from Blops 1 in Firing Range and Summit, already puts it ahead of any CoD post Blops 2.

Hoping 24/7 Firing Range will be a thing again.

There's the same old "PLAYABLE" indicator about half way along the download progress bar.

This disappears once the download progresses past that point, and the PLAY button remains greyed out.

Was thinking I might get a bit of a look before Christmas, but my hopes have been dashed.

I think so yes.
Hate that raid is in it. I hated that map with a passion. Only stopped BO2 a couple months back and still hated it

Just opened my Battle.Net and it's blank for me too.
