2. Nominate two evenly matched players who have played with most people as captains, flip a coin and decide who picks first.
3. Pick teams one by one on here, like a draft.

The best way is to do it how witts did it, get 6 BF people in a party and invite the other 6 BF people to the lobby, if randoms join kindly tell them to leave.
