Brisbane beat Collingwood in stright grand finals in 2002 and 2003, no one can deny that.

Brisbane they we're the better team in those years, but now it looks to have to come to an end, while the pies are looking ok.


Bag Joffa all you like, it's the fact that it's collingwood which hurts you the most, the fact that this team is playing good football for the first time in a couple of years, if it was st kilda, carlton or essendon, you people would not be saying a word, but because it's collingwood it hurts you to see them have some limited success during this current season

But the fact that you idiots come on here and bag joffa, why? who cares, if you dont like it bad luck to you...we won the game last night and brisbane are on the way down with ageing superstars and no real light at the end of the tunnel..


So for once, just give up on the joffa and collingwood bashing, focus on geelong and essendon.
 
Kleos, part of the trouble is you get some posters who come up with threads like "Collingwood tore Brisbane a new one". That's hardly the way to win friends and influence people.

FWIW, I thought Collingwood played very well last night - definite top-four material. Premiership material? Well, we'll only know that at the end of the season, won't we? The same goes for all the clubs.

That's fair enough, their are always going to be some idiot posters who relish the chance to upset the supporters who's team they defeated.

But having said that, before we have a chance to post anything good, you have these moronic collingood haters on this forum, who will jump at any chance you bag anything associated with Collingwood Football Club in anyway, these are the people who are not credible in anyway, always fanning the fires of lameness with their stupid and moron posts about Collingwood this and Collingwood that.

I also admit that their are Collingwood supporters who fall into that same moronic catorgary, but nobody bags any other team like collingwood.

In Victoria, for sure.

However, plenty of Crows fans love to lay sh.t on Port whenever the opportunity arises, and vice versa. And it seems the situation's similar in WA with the Weagles and Freo.

Yeah, and 12 players hobbling around on crutches. Have a look at how many players we fielded with less than 50 games. These blokes are young, yet they brought it to you in an incredibly hostile environment after a 5 day layoff in a game no-one said they could win.


You guys are about bloody due for some form arent you? After the last hiding we gave you it would have been disapointing to see anything less than desperation for the win.


I'm not using our injuries as excuses, but I can see a bag load of positives for us to come out of that game. As should Collingwood.

As you should Brisbane in 07 will be back in the 8 IMO you have a good group of youngsters coming through together and players to come back. It was a good physical game the way footy is meant to be , although our poor kicking helped keep the game tight in the 1st q.
