Have just been going through some AFL lists and was shocked when reading the Pies 2007 list.
Plenty of untried youngsters that may or may not make it. Plenty of older players who i think will fade away by years end...Presti and Buckley spring to mind.
But it was the number of players that if delisted tomorrow would not have the slightest chance of being picked up by another team.
Would anybody take slow mids like:
O'Bree
Lockyer
Lucuria
Shocking ball users / decision makers and softies like:
Davis
Lonie
R.Shaw
Tall duds like:
Bryan
Wakelin
Richards
Inconsistent dummy spitters like:
Medhurst
Rocca
There is half a side of players that 15 other clubs would not have on their lists.
How will a side get by in 07 if they have them all on their own list.
2007 - A spoon may be coming Pies way.
